The "3GPP-Notify-Request" Diameter command code
The "3GPP-Notify-Request" Diameter command uses the command code "323".
It has the REQ and PXY bits.
It is part of the 3GPP S6a/S6d, 3GPP S7a applications.
It is defined in the 3GPP TS 29.272: Evolved Packet System (EPS); Mobility Management Entity (MME) and Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN) related interfaces based on Diameter protocol specification.
