The "MIP6-Request" Diameter command code
The "MIP6-Request" Diameter command uses the command code "325".
It has the REQ and PXY bits.
It is part of the Diameter Mobile IPv6 Auth (MIP6A), Diameter Mobile IPv6 IKE (MIP6I) applications.
It is defined in the IETF RFC 5778: Diameter Mobile IPv6: Support for Home Agent to Diameter Server Interaction specification.
