The "IKEv2-SK-Request" Diameter command code
The "IKEv2-SK-Request" Diameter command uses the command code "329".
It has the REQ and PXY bits.
It is part of the Diameter IKE SK (IKESK) application.
It is defined in the IETF RFC 6738: Diameter IKEv2 SK: Using Shared Keys to Support Interaction between IKEv2 Servers and Diameter Servers specification.
